Prior to all this, I also googled my error code, and seems like I'm not the only one receiving this error code. I'm being left in the dark, while contacting what feels like a bot at this point, with the same exact responses. Once again, after waiting up to 2 hours, they give me the same exact response without answering anything that I wrote like 'why am I even blacklisted?' and it's ended with the usual 'Thank you for contacting.' This time it was desperation as my free play time was expiring in 4 days then, but I couldn't add my sub due to the error code.

I get a different agent, tell him my situation. I queue myself up for the live chat, being bumped up constantly this time and had to wait about 1.5 to 2 hours.

After I ask for a reason for this, I promptly get the usual 'Thank you for contacting.' bs. I tell the agent that I have done everything, but I also wanted to know why the IP had been blacklisted as I never bought any gil from websites or done anything against the ToS. 'Your IP has been blacklisted, do this and that to try to fix it'. I contact them again through live chat with the support ticket number to get an update, but all I get is the same response. I proceed to do just that, but still nothing.

He tells me my IP is blacklisted for whatever reason and tells me to check my connections and everything and to try again in 24 hours while also giving me a support number to use if I ever needed an update on their 'investigation on the error'. I did a live chat (can't call them, since I live outside of NA), waited only 10 mins to contact an agent. After 4 to 5 days I receive an email saying that they can't help me with my issue and that I have to call or do a live chat with them. Ok, I think to myself, it says to contact customer support to get more information, so I submit an email ticket and continue to play. I pick the item, choose the payment method (steam wallet), and boom: an error code: i2501. I even purchased a server transfer to Balmung to play with an irl friend.Д®verything's going smoothly till I hit 50 and wanted to buy an optional item on the mogstation for glamour. So I just started playing FFXIV this month after purchasing the vanilla and Heavensward bundle on Steam, and I've been enjoying the hell out of this game.
